The time will be assigned in advance and confirmed by the pilot a day in advance.
A passenger must be able to run a few steps and follow the pilot's instructions.
There isn't much the passenger needs to know or do beyond this.
Before the flight, the pilot calmly reviews the safety procedures and instructions with the passenger, ensuring all questions are answered.
A test run is conducted to boost the passenger's confidence for takeoff.
The flight typically lasts about 10-20 minutes. We recommend not flying longer than 25 minutes, as some passengers might feel nauseous. If this occurs, the tandem will head towards landing.
Passengers can request basic air maneuvers for an extra adrenaline rush.
An optional GoPro video recording is available to capture your tandem flight, allowing you to share the experience and memories with friends and family later.
A Google Calendar event will be created, allowing the pilot and passenger to easily track the flight's date and time. If changes are necessary due to weather, other schedule changes, or unexpected events, both parties will be notified.
If the tandem has to be cancelled due to weather, the passenger can get a refund or reschedule it to a later date.
