Event Details

Our Expedition Packrafting course teaches you everything you know to tackle big, multi-day wilderness packrafting trips by helping to organize and execute one with the support of one of our experienced guides. During the course, you'll also hone and develop your skills with instruction and coaching.

The course starts with instruction and coaching and finishes with a multi-day backcountry packrafting mission to put it all together on an amazing river trip. This definitely isn’t a typical “guided” trip, but a comprehensive course where the students get to step up and help with the planning and execution of a packrafting trip with coaching, support and safety.

This trip is entirely self-supported, participants will carry food, equipment and group items. You'll have a chance to experiment and hone your system for use on future packrafting trips.
